3 Bedroom House in Sundance, Buckeye

Three bedroom, 2 bath house in Sundance Golf community. House has private pool, hot tub and garage (garage parking is not available as we keep our car in there) with 3 outside parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice one level ranch. No smoking. Sleeps 6 nicely. Pool is heated by solar panels so outside temperatures need to be in the eighties to heat pool warm enough to swim. Washer and dryer are also included. There's a barbecue grill, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, icemaker, dishes, towels, bedding, etc and cute patio furniture. It's a lovely place to relax. Wi fi included. We also have two bicycles for your enjoyment. Dogs allowed with fee.

Summary: Everything was as advertised in the posting. We contacted the owner and they worked with us. The hose is very clean along with the pool and hot tub. Close to everything and only about 30-40 minutes from down town.
